Acts for the President when absent and carries out duties delegated by the President.

Keeps the register of officers and members, records meeting minutes, and forwards documentation to LMKII (minutes within 15 days).

- TreasurerDebbie Perales
Keeps an accurate account of all receipts and disbursements, makes financial reports, and safekeeps records for five years.

- Player AgentRobin Hawkins
Runs registration, verifies player eligibility, conducts the player-selection draft, and coordinates team assignments and All-Star selection.
Eligibility 22+, 3 years active (board, assistant player agent, plate umpire, or upper-division head coach); command of LMKII rules.
- League CoachLuis Trochez
Recruits, trains, and monitors coaches, pairs coaches to teams, and can step in for any coach; handles coach discipline with Executive Board approval.
Eligibility 22+, 3 years active; passes the LMKII coaches' training and examination.
- Rules DirectorMichael Moore
Trains and schedules umpires, monitors officiating for accuracy and fairness, and leads game-protest committees.

Keeps the fields safe and playable, maintains equipment and supplies, and coordinates sponsor banner display.
